一个只有书写经验却没有设计基础的人能否做字体设计？ 我想用这款字体尝试着解答这个疑问。 若菊体，顾名思义，一款看起来像菊花的实验性的字体。 笔画结构上，笔画数量由点、横、竖三种基础笔画构成，转弯处做断开处理避开衔接。 主题上，因笔画和造型特点，比较适合相关花和水的主题内容表达； 通过若菊体的设计体悟，我想表达字体设计应当是包容的，是任何人都可以参与进来，并且可以做些大胆的尝试，比如：解构汉字，将汉字笔画、造型与组合做修改与扩充。

Can a person with only writing experience but no design background do type design? I would like to use this font to answer this question. As the name"Ruo Ju"(simillar to chrysanthemum) suggests, it is an experimental font that looks like a chrysanthemum. In terms of stroke structure, the number of strokes is composed of three basic strokes: point, horizontal and vertical, and the turns are broken to avoid articulation. Thematically, the strokes and shape are more suitable for expressing the theme of flowers and water; Through the design of Ruo Ju, I would like to express that font design should be inclusive, which means that anyone can be part of the process, and can take some bold attempts, such as deconstructing Chinese characters, modifying and expanding the strokes, shapes and combinations of Chinese characters.
